Instructions
1.Adjust the grill to the shape of your mouth.
2.Insert the silicon fixing bar in the grill and place both in hot water together.
3.Once the bar softens and becomes clear, remove and place it onto your teeth.
4.Adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire.
5.The fixing bar should take approximately 15-20 seconds to harden.
